Not completely satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below.
Packaging
- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box.
- Place the completed return form inside the box.
- Attach the provided return label visibly on the box.
Shipping
- Drop off the package at the post office.
- Keep the shipping receipt safe.
Refund
When will we refund?
We will transfer the purchase amount back to you within 14 days of the cancellation.
What will you be refunded?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Where will the refund be credited?
We will refund the amount using the same method you used to pay. If this isn’t possible, we will contact you.

Shipping
Take the package to a post office of your choice. You will receive a shipping receipt. Keep this receipt safe until the return is fully processed. This is your proof that the package was indeed sent and may be required in case of loss during transport.
Processing
Once your return is processed, you will receive an automatic notification. We will aim to do this as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us within 14 days, please contact our customer service.
