Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery: 5–12 working days
All orders are tracked worldwide and processed within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer (up to 5 business days).
Pre-Orders
If your order contains pre-order items, your full order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Pre-orders are clearly marked on the product page.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please ensure all shipping and billing details are correct before placing your order. Our team begins processing orders immediately, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once placed.
Estimated Dispatch
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch confirmation.
Failed Deliveries
Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or returns. We are not responsible for extra shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Return and Refund Policy
At Ever Elegance, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Given the item is in the same condition you have received it. Any returns requested and shipped 30-Days after receiving your item are not eligible.
- To start a return, please email us at info@ever-elegance.com to receive the return address and instructions.
- Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ever-elegance.com.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
