1. What is your return policy for regular items?
You can return regular items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The same conditions apply: items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
3. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email us at info@ever-elegance.com to receive the return address and further instructions. Note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Are there any shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €40. For orders under €40, a flat shipping fee of €7,95 applies. Enjoy a smooth shopping experience with Ever Elegance — with fast, reliable delivery and no hidden fees.
5. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods).
After dispatch, delivery times are as follows:

- Express Shipping: 5-8 working days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
6. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ever-elegance.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
