3. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at info@ever-elegance.com to receive the return address and further instructions. Note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

No, we offer free shipping on all orders. There is an option for express delivery the costs are 5,95 pond.
